Purpose

LigaFácil enables users to create, manage and share private sports leagues, schedules, standings and results. Use of the service requires lawful and responsible conduct.

Permitted use

Users must provide accurate information, protect access links and credentials, and must not interfere with other competitions, third-party information or platform security. Organisers are responsible for invited participants and league content.

Intellectual property

The LigaFácil brand, design, text and software are protected. They may not be reproduced or commercially exploited outside normal use of the service without authorisation.

Liability

LigaFácil is an organisational tool and does not organise competitions or decide sporting disputes. Reasonable continuity and security measures are applied, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Law

Spanish law applies. Consumers retain any mandatory rights and jurisdiction granted by the law of their country of residence.
