Data we process
We may process names, email addresses, sign-in data, account details, leagues, teams, schedules, results, validations, administrative activity, support requests and security data. Full payment details are processed by Stripe; LigaFácil receives only the references and status required to activate a plan.
Purposes and legal bases
- Accounts, leagues and paid plans: performance of the requested service or contract.
- Payments and tax records: performance of the contract and legal obligations.
- Support requests: consent and requested pre-contractual measures.
- Fraud prevention and security: legitimate interests.
- Analytics: consent, which can be withdrawn through Cookie settings.
Public leagues and search engines
When an organiser makes a league public, LigaFácil creates a page that can be accessed without signing in and may be crawled and indexed by Google and other search engines. It may display the league name, sport, team or pair names, schedule, results, standings and champion.
Providers
Data is shared only when necessary to operate the service or comply with law. Providers include Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Google and hosting infrastructure. International transfers rely on applicable legal safeguards.
Retention and rights
Data is retained while the service is active and afterwards for applicable legal periods. Public information may temporarily remain in third-party caches or indexes after a league is made private or deleted. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent at info@ligafacil.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
Participants and minors
Organisers must inform participants before adding their personal data and use only the information required to run the competition. Where minors participate, the organiser must have the required authorisation and legal basis before entering or publishing their data.
